Know what’s behind
your equity value.

A grant’s value depends on the share price and the kind of equity you hold. Keep those assumptions visible.

For private companies

Record 409A, preferred, and custom prices. Choose a pricing basis for your options. Full-value awards use the 409A price when available.

For public companies

Add a ticker and exchange, look up an available market quote, and keep the recorded market price up to date.

A few useful details

Clarity starts
with the basics.

Which grant types can I add?

Restricted stock units (RSUs), restricted stock awards (RSAs), incentive stock options (ISOs), non-qualified stock options (NSOs), and common shares. Add multiple grants to each private or public company.

Does Assely exercise or sell my equity?

No. Company equity is a tracking and valuation workspace. You record grant details, share prices, and exercised quantities. These records don’t execute transactions, and an estimated equity value isn’t available cash.

Is this also for private investment funds?

Company equity tracks shares and grants in a company. Dedicated fund commitments, capital calls, and NAV workflows are coming soon. You can already record a manually maintained total value under Other assets.
